Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and good value for the money. Easy access into Abingdon. It would be nice if the hotel chain was able to offer more gluten free options.

Will not be coming back.

If you just need a place to sleep it will do. The pictures they provide do not match the condition of the hotel. We had to ask for a different room, and the front desk did provide one that was in cleaner condition. Providing a photo of our first room that looks like a scene from a murder movie.

Within close walking distance of food. Gas station across the road. Movie theater only a 2 minute drive. Small fitness room, but acceptable. Room looked nice and appeared clean. Room had a bad smell, like sour body odor. Cleaning staff noisy in the hallways too early in the morning, 8:30am on a Sunday and they were talking loud in the hallways. That’s too early to be cleaning rooms. TV & tv remote did not work.

Breakfast is all that was great

Comfortable beds, great breakfast, but needs a real makeover. Tiles in the bathroom were gross, the armchair in our room looked like it had been picked up on the curb. The heat system worked but was loud and clattery. We will miss the good breakfast, but wont be back.

Room was in need of deep cleaning on the rugs- salt and stains in multiple spots, cochair worn and ripped, bathroom small and toilets should have a lid. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok.
