Booking error

Please don’t book this hotel! Inspite of having a confirmation # and my card was charged this booking did not exist when I arrived. The phone # shown is incorrect. I had to provide the correct # to Hotels.com agent so he could call and sort it out. This hotel is not affiliated with Hotels.com and the hotel informed me that they only take reservations over the phone directly with the customer. Fortunately they had openings and I was able to stay but required cash.
