The property consists of 12 tastefully furnished units, each with an independent entrance, spacious terraces, and a large shared garden of 4000 m². Guests can relax in the shade of the chestnut trees, have a barbecue, or enjoy the panoramic views of the Tusco-Emilian Apennines.

Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, the location offers a variety of activities such as trekking, guided excursions, paragliding, fishing, quad biking, and rafting.
