A home away from home amidst the hustle of the city centre. This apartment is within the much sort after Fraser house building with lift access to the different floors. It is a walking distance to the beach, recreational centres, pubs, shopping malls etc. yet right in the very centre of the city. There is a straight bus 🚌 (Stagecoach Bus 727) to and from the airport within 1 minute walk away. It comes every 10 minutes. The hospital (ARI) bus is also within 2 minutes walk away. The worst experience ever!

1- I requested earlier check in and they agreed by 12pm but they kept me waiting with my family and my luggage outside the building until 3pm. 2- They give me another apartment not the one I booked. 3- The new apartment was not cleaned and one off the doors falling down, the bathroom door lock was broken and the bedroom heating radiator falling down as well. 4- I called them to fix all the issues and they said sure will get back to you, they fix the heating radiator and bathroom locks after 14days. The sitting room door falling down until my last day. 5- We agreed that I move to my original booked apartment after three days but I decided not to move after I get to know that all the windows locker can't be opened.(this is not mentioned on the website) 6- we agreed that I will stay on the offered apartment but in one condition that they will fix all the issues but after chasing them and keep calling and texting them they fix as mentioned earlier after 14 days of my stay. 7- imagine all what happened were with my self and pregnant wife and three kids.
