Beautiful hotel, perfect for our event at P&J. Staff were lovely. Bar menu not really to our liking. And £15 to park is rather excessive.

Disappointed

I was disappointed as I had requested a room with a view over the concert hall. My husband has a disabled strciker, waiting on hop replacement. I asked fir the view so we could kep an eye on the queuing for the concert. On arrival reception acknowledged the request and said it had do not move on the booking so I assumed my request was granted. On arrival at the room we found we were overlooking the car park. I was disappointed especial considering the price of the room without breakfast. I was happy to pay the cost initially as all the rooms available overlooking the concert hall surely one could have been available. There couldnt have been so many requests the same as ours

Ideally located to TECA. As we know rates vary but still felt stung that friends got B&B for LESS than we paid for RO. (Partner never eats breakfast but need to to pay for 2 as room had 2 people staying.)

Nice modern hotel.

Great hotel, very convenient for the P&J .only two negatives. 1 the windows need cleaning, when the sun hit them it was neigh on impossible to see out of them. 2 At £160 + per night i expected more than two sachets of coffee one of which was decafand not a biscuit in sight. Apart from these very small complaints we found this a very nice hotel with helpful friendly staff.

Nice hotel

Lovely staff, lovely room and food was good but not brilliant. I had said that I would pay at hotel, when I got there they said the room was paid for but I had to pay for parking which I did. I checked my bank account just before we left and couldn’t see payment for the room , so when we left I asked at reception if they had payment. They said that it would be taken off the card that I had used to book which was also the one I used for the parking. Later that day I got an email to say that my room hadn’t been paid for I phoned them and was told that there was problem with their system and from what I could gather this had happened before. If that is the case then they really ought to get their systems sorted
