All good, except we arrived around 1 am travelling with a small child… had messaged the hotel beforehand letting them know. The receptionist was asleep behind the counter. We wouldn’t have been let in if it wasn’t for a group of people sitting inside. So they saved the day.

At check in we were met by a very unfriendly and impatient receptionist. Next morning the staff was much nicer. Rooms are tiny and you need to pay extra for a baby crib (which we didn't have to last time). Breakfast was way too expensive for the variety served. Mostly just regular bread and a small variety of spreads, and eggs. One type of cake, and a croissant. No milk alternatives, no glutenfri or lactosefri alternatives. No interesting fruits or warm dishes. Overall much less impressive breakfast than any other hotel we have stayed in. And definitely overpriced. Very expensive parking too.

Perfect affordable place for a night's sleep while city hopping. Right around the corner from train station and mere minutes to all the best food options. Clean, friendly, pleasant.

Basically right next to main train station in Aarhus. Parking arrangements were fine once figured out with good assistance of hotel staff. Rooms a bit on small side but we managed (family of four across shared rooms on the family rate). Quirky bathroom design that would be fun for couples perhaps. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would stay here again. Aarhus is a neat city. (One note to management the elevator buttons on fourth floor seemed to call opposite of what was pressed. We just hit both directions until one came. No concern about the lifts themselves.)

Fine, except for broken air conditioning

Basic room with tiny ensuite glass podlike shower that provides little in the way of privacy. Good location near train station snd 10 minute walk to city centre. My one complaint was that the promised aircon did not work and it was quite hot in Aarhus. I asked to change rooms and the aircon did not work in the other room either. I asked to change a second time and--annoyed--they told me to fiddle with the controls (change from Auto setting to speed 3 setting), which did not work either. It was hot!
