Beautiful Hotel and great staff. I would stay again. This hotel is a little off the beaten path and could use a small convenience store. Another item which would be a benefit to the hotel would be a small fridge and coffee tea kettle in room. No suppers served on weekends. There is a coffee pot and tea station in the lobby.

Amazing location in Aarhus and we booked for the sea view + spa, but the stay was unfortunately underwhelming. One day before arrival we were told the spa was closed due to repairs and we could cancel. With family + pregnancy and no good last-minute alternatives, we still checked in (stressful start). At check-in we were then told the restaurant was closed (except breakfast) and our family room was in the annex. Even after sharing our disappointment, we were told nothing could be done. The room was nice, but the view was to a parking area, and being in the annex meant extra hassle (and cold winter walks) to reach breakfast/spa. After contacting Hotels.com, we were offered a room in the main building — but with an additional fee. That change made a big difference and the experience improved a lot. Unfortunately, the same day the sauna went out of use for the rest of our stay. We also saw guests walking around the pool area in running shoes, and reception didn’t see it as a red flag until we insisted. This hotel has real potential, but right now it’s a “maybe stay” rather than a must.

Hôtel vaste, confortable et calme. Situé en bord de mer prés d’une super promenade et de la plage. La chambre était grande, propre et la literie trés confortable. Le personnel est trés accueillant. Jo egentligt et ganske ok ophold, men hotellet er træt og trænger til vedligeholdelse. Den fantastiske beliggenhed holder det klar oppe. Omkring personalet og serviceniveauet så ville det have været ønskværdigt med lidt attention omkring parkering. Vi spørger til parkering, får beskeden easypark. Lidt usædvanligt at et hotel med remote beliggenhed tager særskilt betaling for parkering, men ok alle kneb gælder vel for at hæve margin. Kunne dog have været fantastisk at vide at man kunne have valgt døgnparkering til det halve af prisen, men den info kommer så dageg efter på en info mail fra hotellet :-(
