The staff, particularly one of the men on reception (I don’t recall his name) he was so friendly and kind. My bag didn’t arrive until the day after I did and he was genuinely delighted for me when it arrived :)

Here for 4 nights and we had a wonderful stay! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. A great selection for breakfast each morning. Brilliant location for walking into Aalborg. Lovely clean family room with comfy beds and so quite too. We would highly recommend and hope to visit again soon!

Værelset var fint og rent. Hotellet ligger ok tæt på gågaderne og betjeningen er venlig. Har bare aldrig boet på et hotel værelse hvor der ikke var mulighed for at lave en kop kaffe på værelset. Elsker min morgenkaffe. Så det tæller ned for mig.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl und guter Qualität. Das Hotel wurde erst im Aug. 2024, daher sind die Zimmer noch sehr schön. Alles perfekt.
