Staffs are super friendly, food at the restaurant here is delicious. The room is clean and nice. Stunning view and great place for relaxing. Overall I really love it!!

The people at Alto are incredible! They were so helpful in organising everything and went above and beyond in making me feel settled. And of course the property is beautiful too

Die Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen. Bereits vor Ankunft wurden alle emails nicht beantwortet. Vor Ort hatten wir dann mehrfach Stromausfall über 5-6 Stunden und konnten dann auch keine Toilette nutzen. Ein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel gab es nicht. Die Hütten sind auch in einem schlechten Zustand und haben diverse Mängel an Türen, Fenstern, etc.
