Did not like that the elevator was not working and we needed to climb the stairs which is challenging with replacement knees on a spiral staircase carrying luggage. Lastly we choose this hotel because it had a pool which can be nice to workout those aches and pains in the knees, sadly the pool was out of commission, had I known this we would have stayed elsewhere.

Room would have been very nice if we didn’t have to share it with outside bugs. The room was tidy but could be much cleaner. Hot tub only worked 2 nights out of our stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

This is a decent best western hotel. Food was good in the morning. A couple food options nearby - shout out to the casino nearby. Large rooms but the felt a little tired - worn furniture and dirty tile in the bathroom. Not a lot of light in this property - used least wattage possible which made things feel dim. Pool felt like a missed opportunity. Good space with no design. Honestly this could be a gem. Would still recommend staying. Solid hotel for the night.

The breakfast was nice, and the person taking care of it was doing an amazing job. The property is dated, old carpets, wallpaper, furniture, uncomfortable bed, just worn out. The wifi password was illegible nothing to charge car electronics. Stairwells old worn out carpet. We liked the stairs coming down into the lobby.
