Another great stay ! Only thing was that it was half term. A lot of unruly kids and parents who weren’t paying attention or were disinterested. NOT hotels fault. I had sympathy for staff who were patient and tolerant. We had a child with us who was well behaved, so not anti children

Stayed here before, it’s right by the station and very central for getting around York. The staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast sets you up for the day. If you like shopping the city is great but you can also jump the bus at the bottom of the road and go to the outlet, which is 4.00 return and only about 15-20 minutes on the bus. (Which runs very regularly to the outlet).

Great location
Great location close to station and within city walls. Clean, fresh rooms. Good breakfast. Family room had sofa bed for third bed for child, but it had very solid metal projections from foot of bed which was a hazard for toddler. Overall, a good stay.
