Really enjoyable stay. Everything you need and more, very new/modern rooms are large for Tokyo standards with the bonus of microwave, small kitchenette washing machine/dryer, separate bath/shower and toilet and very comfortable beds.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I’m a bit confused about the cleaning situation though. We stayed 4 nights and were told they only do limited cleaning - meaning no cleaning just towels changed over if requested. We had to ask for toilet paper twice. The photos online make the room look a lot nicer than it actually was. I had to jump back online to make sure we were given the correct room. Breakfast was okay but not worth 1800 ¥. They also want you to pay for everything upfront, you are not able to charge to the room and pay at check-out.

A perfect stay at Tokyu Stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We booked a double room and my kids had the much bigger room which they enjoyed. Highly recommend if want to stay in Shinjuku. I can't wait to come back and visit again.
