Great hotel. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Tokyo. So convenient to Shinjuku Station so you can get just about anywhere really easily. Lots of good restaurants nearby and only a short walk to Shinjuku Goyen National Gardens. Would stay here again.

Room is bigger than the many hotels we had been in. Not much on the view. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a waft of toilet smell (stayed that way throughout our stay). Carpet is worn. All else are acceptable.
