Expensive for what it is, good location but next to no amenities and rooms are tiny.

I thought the bathroom products and tea coffee were poor. The pool was not open and there was no Onsen. I expected the desk staff would speak better English at a Hyatt and they would not book the limousine bus and just gave me directions on how to do it. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Love this hotel. Staff are fantastic and rooms have everything you'd expect of a hotel of this standard. The shuttle to and from shinjuku station is regular and reliable so very easy to get around. Also had the set lunch at the restaurant in the lobby - excellent value and delicious.
