Very nice staff, perfect English service. railway station right next to the front door. At least 3 convenient store nearby. I also found 4-5 restaurants open overnight in 3 minutes walking distance. Love the hotel!

The hotel was right next to the subway station which was super convenient for getting around the city quickly. The room was adequate considering space is at a premium in Tokyo so most of the hotel rooms were small. The only con was that they wouldn't let us run the AC and for some reason the windows in our room didn't open unless we had someone come up and use a special key to open them so we had to ask them everyday to come open them because they would close them when they cleaned the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they kept our luggage on check out day because I flight didn't leave until late afternoon. Overall, it was a good choice for 3 adults traveling together. I would stay here again.

The rooms are super small, not really room to move around or put your suitcase. If you ok with a very small room, this place is perfect! 3 train station entrances super close, Sinjuku shopping district walking distance, staff was very kind, room was super clean!
