The location is excellent, the Roppongi-Itchome Station is literally on the other side of the road. Several combinis are nearby, and the hotel is cca. 1 hour walk from Shibuya during the night. The staff was kind, the service was average. I had to clean the shoulders because they were sticky. The room was also a little less clean than what I got used to from APA. The area is noisy a bit and not the nicest look with the roads and pillars everywhere.

Everything was clean. Check in and check out were easy. The bed and bathroom were nice. I even enjoyed breakfast. It was close and walkable to the train station, a bus stop is out front, and it's walkable to many shopping and dining options.

Nice hotel. I struggled with some cleanliness issues in the bathroom and not being able to control the temperature in my hotel room. I naturally sleep warm and the room felt stifling at times and kept me from sleeping well.

We are visitors, and they made us feel like we were not. The amount of help we got from the staff was unbelievable. They even wrote all 3 tickets to transport our luggage to Osaka, they didn't have to do that. They did so without hesitation. I will be back for sure!
