Wanted to give you five stars just can’t.
Well booked through hotels.com. Which I already paid for before I got there, so when we finally left our vacation to go to the hotel, I had to stand in line for 35 minutes just to get to the counter once I got to the counter, it was pretty fast other than the gentleman being interrupted by other coworkers who were trying to handle complaints from other guests. Then I went to the room which was put together nicely until you actually spend the time to look around and there were still things on the floor in the bathroom on the floor, cleanliness not a high priority check out was quick and easy. I’d say overall I would give them a three out of five would love to see you do more cleanliness in your establishment then I would’ve been able to give you five stars.
