Newcastle Sleeperz.
Room could have been warmer, plus there was no ironing facilities in the room, which was disappointing as I had specifically requested it. Everything else was excellent though, especially the buffet breakfast which was fantastic. I was also very disappointed that there was no restaurant at this hotel.

The heating unit was terrible. It barely worked and when it was on, it make a very loud, high-pitched sound that prohibited me from sleeping.
