I regularly stay, once a week here, and due to Hotels.com i should get room upgrades, however lady on reception clearly didnt want to offer this. Fobbed me off with 'yes you have been upgraded' so i requested another room, still to be fobbed off. Not adequate customer service

This hotel is in an excellent area and was an ideal base for our one day visit to Milton Keynes. The accommodation was lovely and the staff were so friendly. We would highly recommend to others and would stay here again.

Good location and good rooms. Staff are always very helpful. Only ever small issue is at breakfast when supplies run out, nothing major though.
