One night only!!
We arrived to the hotel about 9am, due to an early flight. Inquired about early check in, however was told by one Rep that there were no rooms avail. Checked back at about 12:30, and while I was waiting to be helped I watched that same Rep check in a woman and give her a room. I was helped by another Rep and was again advised there were no rooms, however she took my ph num and told me she would call me when a room became avail. I received a call about 3:30p. Later that evening, we noticed Ants on our bags. After a closer look there were many ants on our bags. We went out and came back and there were ants on the bed. We only needed the room for one night since we were leaving on a cruise the next day. I directed my issue about the ants to a Rep and was told to call Hilton and issue my complaint. I left a pic, but it’s just a still version of a video that I took last min. I’m not usually one to complain, so the first few times I seen the ants we just shook our things out and moved our bags, but right before we left out the room there was another ant, so I decided to record. I can’t post a video so I posted a pic of the video.
