The plumbing was horrible. Toilet doesn’t like to flush. Over priced and with the cost of the room at $389, they should offer airport shuttle service. Should also offer free shuttle service to the cruise ports

The area is sketchy with a fair amount of vagrants in the area. I wanted to explore the area but immediately decided to just stay in my room. They also only have water out for certain hours of the day. When I asked if there was a place for me to fill up my water bottle, they offered to fill it for me. I later discovered that they have a gym on the second floor (that they didn't tell me about) with a water cooler.

I reserved a suite for one night and thought that the sound of the traffic outside was pretty noisy. When I drew the curtains I found out why; there was no window. The glass was missing and it was taped shut. The noise was so loud that I had to sleep with ear plugs, something I have never done before. When I checked out, I wasn't asked if I enjoyed my stay so I let them know that it was quite noisy in the room. They just nodded in agreement. No apology, nothing. I let them know that I was booked for another one night stay after a cruise I was going to go on and told them that I don't want to stay in the same room. I won't be coming back.
