Where is my £50 deposit?
The room was dirty. They made me paid £50 deposit and they didn’t give it back. Can you please give me back the deposit? I stayed on the 5th Feb, it has been almost one month already. Thanks

Don’t go here
I was charged a £50 damage deposit upon check in, this was expected but the state of the room was not! Literally every piece of furniture in this room was already broken. I checked out after falling through a hole in the bathroom floorboards. It is over seven days ago and I have still not received my damage deposit. The ‘hotel’ was very unsafe, electric heaters balanced in the floor, room door hanging on hinges and lock had been broken, external door unable to close. Fire doors hanging off. Do not take your children here. Also live with rodents and very unclean.

Very bad experience. Door room was broken and has to left up to close which will cause big bang. Washroom not in good condition. There big patch broken floor. I had to wait one day to get tv remote.
