My daughter and I stayed here to go to a concert at the O2 Arena, it was about 5 min walk and lights all along. Check in easy and staff were lovely and helpful. Room was beautiful cosy and comfortable. Amenities of plenty. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order along with continental items too . Just a delightful stay. Thank you The Pilot 😃
Location is great for gigs at the O2. Bed is a small double so not great if you’re both tall but comfortable. Air con works, nice layout. Bathroom needs updating, shower a bit mouldy and broken toilet brush. Overall would’ve been perfectly fine except checkout was at 11am and they started a 45min fire alarm test at 10.15am with no warning. We’d been having breakfast downstairs minutes before and nothing was said. We had to hurry to pack our bags and get out as quickly as possible as it was absolutely deafening in a small room. We had an apology on check out but the lack of forethought to let people know it was going on was ridiculous.
Pilot is full of character. It's close to O2 and Thames ferry station. Staff were very helpful.
The site is close to lots of construction at the moment.
Great location and lovely Cabin Room with everything you need for a stay with first rate refreshments and bathroom products and a lovely comfy bed.
Will definately return.
