Terrible
We booked this through hotels.com, when we tried to contact the owners of the property to organise checking in, we had bo reply. We tried to call the number provided but no answer. We arrived at the property to find no one was there to let us in. We tried to contact the property owners and hotels.com but all numbers either didnt work or did not answer. We eventually had to walk to a IBIS hotel and get a last minute room there.
