Light switches in room didn’t work (apart from a secret hidden one behind the bed). Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Stood around outside with no sign of any hotel staff. Had to go back inside to find out what was going on. Cheapest soft drink on offer worked out at £7.60 for a pint of Coke. Cheaper to buy a pint of beer. The normal service expected at a hotel seems to go out of the window when the football is on.
