love this hotel. Perfect fo le our short stay and in a perfect location. This is a high standard hotel. The parking which was expensive as most of the Liverpool car park so we ended up looking for cheaper alternative which was just at the back

Property location was fantastic. within walking distance of tons of things. The hotel itself, was okay. Our toilet had flushing issues. Took about 3 flushes just to get toilet paper down. Some stains on the bed, walls. There also was no fridge in the room which would of been nice for our drinks The cabinet that holds the tea and coffee also would not keep closed. It would open randomly- we wedged the delta notepad between the two drawers to make sure it stayed closed.
