All units have a washing machine in a 1 bedroom apartment or if booked as a 2 bedroom apartment the same . "Door guy" ? I am the manager of the complex and as I did not have change on hand gave you change out of my own pocket . The dryer is in guest laundry . Complimentary wifi is available for Free for one device per room unlimited .

John your being extremely hard here..... I am the manager of the Grosvenor Cairns I do remember speaking to you on several occasions and my housekeeping changed your towels as requested on a couple of occasions throughout the 5 night stay. Rooms serviced on the 7th day . We do also not operate a 24hr hotel reception . Had you wished for these I suggest you book the Hilton but be aware of the double prices. Regards Manager

Hi - I do apologise. I have spoken to the staff member who received your booking and confirmed that he missed reading your request for 1 queen and two single beds. Perhaps if you had returned to reception soon after entering the apartment, he may have been able to rectify the situation. The WiFi works really well nearly all the time. We have received no other complaints recently about the WiFi ...... most of the time we find that where guests are having difficulty connecting the reason has something to do with their device/s. Once again I do apologise about the bed situation (luckily the couch is very comfortable) - Brian (Manager)

Hi Nathan - Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent stay at the Grosvenor and we are glad you "enjoyed the place". Parking can be a problem in 'peak times' but there is plenty of parking right outside the complex. 95% of the time there is no problem with finding a park in the under-building car parks. The walls are actually concrete block ..... some guests are unfortunately just "noisy"- Brian
