The Novotel Oasis is just amazing, especially the staff. Melanie was just beautiful at morning breakfast and she made the kids feel so welcome and they enjoyed her attention. Deb was also wonderful at breakfast and with the kids on the weekends.They both made the family holidays so enjoyable. Nothing was a hassle. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Due to the rain nothing seemed to dry in the room. A small clothes airer or line would be very handy for families to dry wet clothes / swimwear

I had a room with a water fall around the walls, it smells of forest-like humidity. That’s was the room at Botton has much of this problem. Lily I did ask for changes room give me at top are good and much better

We had an amazing stay here for last long weekend with family and friends, we all loved it. Pool and poolside bar is fantastic, comfortable rooms, walking distance to night markets, esplanade, marina, other attractions and restaurants. Buffet breakfast had good variety of foods, staffs were very friendly. Kids loved interacting with animals (yes we had opportunity to get close with some of very bird and animals)Thanks to handler lady. Overall it was very memorable stay.
