Never again … charged twice and when staff advised they were rude. Had multiple conversations with them to get the second lot of charges and eventually got it back. Shame because the room was nice and location great but poor customer service ruined it all for USA

Comfy beds, room was ok, good size tv in room. Air con didn’t work effectively. Set to 20 degrees still hot, set to 15 still hot, set to (apparently) 10 degrees to try to get it down enough and it just struggled the entire 3 night stay

Thank you to all the staff for being so considerate to us when my whole family got Covid and couldn’t fly. So we couldn’t make our holiday. Thank you to the staff for not allowing us to change our booking and lose the whole value of the trip. And thank you for not getting back to us when I made so many attempts to call and email to try and change the booking but with no chance. Thank you for taking our money and giving us nothing. Nothing at all.
