Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end.

Great location just off Tamaki Drive and only a few minutes walk from Spark Arena. We had a standard queen room which had been newly renovated. Very reasonable price for 2 nights.

Great value for money, great location for going to something at Spark arena which is easy to get to from there, the Rose Gardens are always nice, it's quiet, free parking, the rooms are nice and spacious, and the renovations have made a big difference. Have stayed before and will be back.

Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast even described as continental was poor and not with the $24 per person. The best part of the hotel was the bathrooms which have been revamped recently. Just need the rest of the hotel to catch up!
