User-friendly. Room wasn't ready when I arrived 3 pm so Krezeile gave me a free house wine/beer voucher & held my bags. About 45 mins later, room was ready so the porter took my bags up. Room was sparse but adequate & stylish with tea/coffee making facility only & a little fridge. Pleasant surprise room serviced on Saturday leaving about 11 am with Make Up button (half-hoping after the warning they might not always service when I booked),returning about 4 pm. Great bird's-eye view of bar & seating from lift to your floor by Katsura restaurant (unless U hate heights. Another set of lifts deeper in building). $52 Wagyu steak room service delicious but lots of garlic so unsure what it tastes like? Still hungry & vege sides are extra cost. Lots of weights in gym, liked x-trainer. Nice sunbathing/relax area next to it & pool. Check-out: Mya kindly helped me with parking kiosk to pay car parking for 2 nite stay . (Higher rate if you take car in & out over your stay. Also closes 10 pm at nite so make sure U have everything out of car b4 then!)
