Very easy to find and great access to and from motorway. Staff were friendly and efficient. Only let down it took 45min to get out car from valet parking. Reasoning from staff was lack of staff and miss communication.

The CBD location is fabulous. The check in staff on arrival didnt communicate with us that our booking (we booked 2 x double bed suite) was unavailable and we were left with just the one king bed instead as the hotel had now fully booked out. We were charged at the full rate for the 2 x double beds, and when queried - we were offered a complimentary breakfast as opposed to a refund of price difference. We requested 2 x beds for a reason. Parking at an adjacent building at a minimum cost of $26 per day is not advertised anywhere. The rooms themselves were very tidy, quiet and comfortable.

Must-stay in Auckland CBD
This was my second time staying in this property and it is always a great experience. For international travelers like myself, they are very accommodating and make check-in a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. The in-house restaurant is incredible especially their breakfast buffet! I also love that it's so centric and walking distance from great restaurants and entertainment. It is literally a couple of blocks away from the Sky Tower, and it is a very convenient location to get picked up/dropped off if you book tours. I'll definitely stay here again!
