Meet your guide at Jumping Creek Reserve in Warrandyte, where a team of professionals greets you and gives you a brief training session. Learn proper paddling techniques and important safety tips before you put on your rafting gear and set off down the river.
Prepare yourself for a pulse-pounding whitewater adventure on the Yarra River's Grade 2 rapids. Ride through vortexes of swirling foamy water and natural ramps, passing the peaceful surrounding bushlands. Keep an eye out for local wildlife and soak in the sun as you go.
Kayak until you reach Warrandyte. Then enjoy a well-earned picnic lunch before your afternoon of abseiling. Get geared up while your instructor teaches you the basics of belaying and setting anchors. With expert guidance, step over the edge and descend the rocky cliffs, taking in views of the rough terrain. At the end of your experience, transfer back to the city centre.
