Activity itinerary

After pickup, you will arrive in Palia Vrontou, near Mount Olympus, where you will meet the certified wellness instructor. The experience begins with a short introduction and preparation in a peaceful natural setting. Participants will then take part in simple energy cleansing techniques, guided grounding meditation, energetic protection practices and gentle energy activation exercises. There will also be time for relaxation in nature, herbal tea and light snacks. No previous experience is required, and exercise mats are provided.
