Hermann Hesse Reflection Trail in Ulm – A literary and philosophical city tour

Experience Ulm in a new way – following in the footsteps of Hermann Hesse. The Besinnungsweg (Reflection Trail) connects important locations in Ulm with the ideas of the world-famous author. Hesse returned to Ulm time and again and cultivated close friendships with figures such as Eugen Zeller and Eugen Link, an intellectual interlocutor with whom he shared a deep spiritual bond. Accompanied by original quotations, biographical insights, and questions about one's own life, this city tour becomes an inspiring journey – offering space for self-reflection in a time of change and uncertainty.

On selected dates, the experience is rounded off by a group stop (at participants' own expense) at the traditional Schwarze Henne restaurant.
