An incredible experience in the green woods of Umbria is our Truffle Hunting. A day of Umbria-truffle union: our territory, imaginable as an immense truffle ground, offers a very rich variety of truffles, white truffle, prized black truffle, from the most renowned, up to the summer scorzone, each with its own unmistakable scent, flavour and I wait. We will spend a day in the Municipality of Valtopina which has become the village of traditional events both in the regional and national panorama for the promotion of these products and many typical products of Umbria. The experience with the truffle hunter and his dog will be exciting and engaging. An ancient craft, made of great love for the territory and intelligent observation. His wise guide, assisted by an incomparable four-legged assistant, will let us discover the secrets of the earth, research with the dog, quarrying and cultivation, through a naturalistic itinerary of great beauty.

After the hunt, a delicious and appetising tasting table is set up with typical Umbrian products, Norcinerie, bruschetta with truffles, porchetta, cheeses, local wines and much more.
