Our typical “apericena” takes place at an organic winery, starting in the late afternoon. Begin with an engaging introduction to organic wine production, followed by an optional leisurely walk through the vineyards.
Guests can then savour a buffet of authentic Calabrian specialities, including a variety of pastas, parmigiana, meatballs, salami, cheeses, onion omelette, and more.
As the sun sets over the sea, enjoy dinner accompanied by the winery’s selection of red, white, and rosé wines, all while surrounded by the stunning vineyard scenery.
