Discover Tropea and Capo Vaticano, two “jewels” of the Calabrian Tyrrhenian Coast.
Start your experience in Tropea. Known as the “Pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea”, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations.

The name of this town is mentioned for the first time by Pliny the Elder in the 1st century AD. Visit its historic old town full of ancient palazzos and typical small shops. Among the oldest buildings stands the Cathedral, built in the Norman era.
Inside are important works of art, such as the painting of the Madonna di Romania, the Patroness of Tropea.

Stop off at the terrace overlooking the sea located in the very centre of the city. From here, you can admire the Church of Santa Maria dell'Isola, surrounded by white sand and the sea. On a clear day, the Aeolian Islands appear on the horizon, adding further magic to the landscape.

Continue your adventure along the coast to Capo Vaticano, a place renowned for its wild natural beauty.

Here you can visit one of the most beautiful corners, the famous “Faro”, from which you can admire one of the best views of Calabria, characterised by cliffs, coves and crystal-clear sea.
