The tour begins with a welcome on our panoramic terrace, which offers a spectacular view of our organic vineyards and olive groves.
Here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Sicilian landscape and discover the passion we put into cultivating our grapes and olives, with the utmost respect for the environment. Afterwards, we will guide you through our vineyards to give you an up-close look at the heart of our business.
After walking among the rows of vines, we will enter the winery to explain the production process to you: from vinification to ageing in wood to bottling. We will pay special attention to our Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes.
The highlight of the experience will be the tasting, a true sensory journey. You will taste four of our organic wines, carefully selected to allow you to appreciate the variety and richness of our terroir.
Each sip will be accompanied by a description of the wine's organoleptic characteristics and aromatic notes.
To accompany these excellent wines, we will prepare a platter of typical local, zero-kilometer, seasonal products and, to end on a sweet note, a traditional Sicilian dessert.
