  • ALL Participants will need an International Driving Permit issued in the format of the 1949 Geneva Convention from a government authorised association to drive in Japan. • EXCEPT participants with licences issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco will need to obtain a Japanese translation of their licence from the Japan Car Federation (JAF)
  • Notice: You need bring your International Driver Permit(IDP) or JAF.
  • Drivers' licences issued by countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
  • Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation, the physical domestic licence + official translation) and physical passport
  • Minimum age is 18 years
  • You MUST inform us if you have any level of hearing impairment or mobility impairment.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travellers
  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible. Driving the vehicle requires using both feet to control the brake and accelerator, and participants need to get in and out of the go-kart on their own
