Know before you book

  • A minimum of 3 persons per basket is required for the daily flight to operate.
  • Children aged 5–11 years with a minimum height of 120 cm are charged the child rate.
  • Child passengers must be accompanied by adults on all flights.
  • Only one child per adult passenger is allowed. The adult passenger will be fully responsible for the child's actions throughout the flight experience.
  • For safety reasons, passengers weighing over 120 kg may not be able to participate.
  • Passengers are recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered shoes. A scarf is not allowed for safety reasons.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not allowed to join the tour.
  • Passengers with medical conditions that may affect their ability to fly must disclose this at booking and inform the pilot on the flight day.
  • Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight and climb in and out of the basket.
  • Hot air balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
  • On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Your journey begins at the Singha Park Ticket Centre, where you collect your ticket before setting out on a 2-hour private self-drive golf cart tour. Explore the park at your own pace as you travel through vibrant seasonal flower fields, rolling tea plantations, and scenic roads surrounded by nature. Along the route, stop at the peaceful Swan Lake, visit the lively fish farm, and enjoy several panoramic viewpoints overlooking Singha Park and the surrounding Chiang Rai landscape—perfect spots for photos and relaxing moments. In the late afternoon, meet our team at the Red Barn inside Singha Park, where staff will escort you to the nearby balloon launch site. Watch the balloon inflate before gently lifting into the sky. Float up to around 1,500 feet above the countryside, where breathtaking views of tea fields, farmland, and sunset colours unfold beneath you. Flights are operated by licensed commercial pilots and inspected by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand. After landing, celebrate with a traditional champagne toast and receive a signed balloon flight certificate. The experience concludes with a return to the Singha Park entrance area.
