We walk around the central square, observing the main historical buildings of the city such as: New and Old Cathedral, La Gobernacion, mayoralty, etc.

Then we will walk through the cobbled streets of Cuenca, visiting some of the traditional areas such as the Barrio de Todos Santos or also called the area of the bakers, then we will connect with the Barranco del Rio Tomebamba before reaching the next food stall.
