Meet your guide outside Anton Bar, right opposite the Galzig Bahn. Get your safety equipment if requested, and listen as your guide explains the plans for the day. Don’t forget to bring your backpack and helmet.
Head out at 9:00 AM. Your guide will do a transceiver check and ensure you have the correct safety gear before the fun begins. Ride powder bowls, hidden gullies, wide alpine descents, and secret tree runs—this is the Arlberg at its finest, and it’s tailored to snowboarders.
Receive technique tips to help you improve in the powder. Much of the off-piste is lift-accessed, but there may be some short hikes (20-30 minutes) to get you to the best powder. For these hikes, use your rucksack to carry your board, and trifold poles are recommended for any short traverses.
Stop for a delicious lunch at a carefully selected mountain restaurant if requested and if it fits with the planned off-piste routes. Then, have time for a few more off-piste runs before returning at around 3:30 PM. You may also want to enjoy an apres ski drink at one of the many mountain bars with your new board buddies!
