Snorkelling at Cook Island is an open ocean experience, please advise if you have no previous snorkelling experience.

Seasickness
If you suffer from motion sickness, take remedies such as Travacalm or Kwells 30 minutes before boarding. For extra precaution, take them the night before. Ginger remedies are not effective.
