PADI Discover Scuba Diving is a programme designed for people who want to try scuba diving for the first time. It is a one-day programme that introduces participants to the basics of scuba diving in a safe and controlled environment. During the programme, participants will have a brief introduction to scuba diving theory and safety procedures. Then, they will practice some basic scuba skills in a pool or confined water setting. Finally, they will have the opportunity to go on an open water dive with a PADI Instructor. The programme is a great way to experience the underwater world and see if scuba diving is something you would like to pursue further. It is open to anyone who is at least 10 years old and in good physical health.
