  • Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Singapore hotels. You will be able to arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation. Unavailable for hotel pickup are: Changi Village Hotel and Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Hotel.
  • Please contact the local service provider to ensure that pick-up is available at your hotel.
  • Pickup is 30-45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • You will need to present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.
  • Default meal selection shall be Hainanese Chicken Rice. Alternative meal option of Seafood Nasi Goreng (fried rice) can be arranged upon request at least 1 working day prior to the tour.
  • Admission to Skypark Observation Deck is subject to weather conditions.
