Experience wine culture and winegrowers on our wonderful half-day tour.
We start at 12:00 PM at the historic Musikkabinett. Here you will be welcomed with a glass of our “Plauderbraue” house sparkling wine. The group gets to know each other a bit; even individuals are not alone here. Within the old walls of a former knight's castle, there are magical instruments whose sounds we will listen to. Now we head for the cable car, which takes us up over the vineyards to the Niederwald. We start our wine tasting right at the Germania. Passing the Romantik Tempel, we hike to the Rebenhaus, a quaint restaurant in the middle of the vineyard, where a hearty snack awaits you. Here you can enjoy the food, and three more wines will be served.
After this short break, we set off across the Niederwald, nicely in the shade, to our magical places, the Rossel, Eremitage, Zauberhöle, Jagt Schloss… and we have little surprises for you everywhere. The chairlift takes us to Assmannshausen, to our little red wine village, where the next highlight awaits you in the Art Cafe. We won't reveal everything, just this much: it doesn't get any better than this. We will return to Rüdesheim by boat, where we will say goodbye with a schnapps in Drosselgasse. The duration of this tour is approximately 5 hours
