What you can expect

Begin your tour at the Hunt Pavilion with an information session on the fascinating world of truffles. Learn about the history of the first successful truffle farm on the Peninsula.

Head into the truffière to hunt with talented and skilled hunters and lovable springer spaniels to find the underground treasures. Sniff the truffles to see if they are ripe and unearth them with your own hands.

Return to the Hunt Pavilion to wash and prepare your harvested truffles for your lunch. While washing, enjoy a glass of non-alcoholic local cider and hear why people find truffles so evocative and desirable.

Enjoy a truffle lunch that includes truffle shaved over a winter soup, a pizza where you get to shave the truffle you have harvested over a gourmet homemade wood-fired pizza, and a truffle dessert.
