The Venetsanos family has a very long tradition in producing wine and has become the first industrial winery on the island. The visit at Ftelos Brewery starts with a guided tour performed by expert guides who take the guests all around the facilities and offer a mini seminar about how beer is brewed. The tour is a fun and educational experience! The production area is visible from the taproom. Being so close to the actual production area, which is separated by glass, the guests experience the magic of beer production happening. They can actually see the whole production unit, the control panel and the fermentation and ageing tanks. They can watch the bottling, filtering or tank cleaning process at sight.
