What you can expect
The splendour of the Dalmatian wilderness is waiting for you to admire on this journey into the sheltered country along the Krka River. With your own private driver to guide you, the tour shows off the magnificent waterfalls and woodlands filled with lavender, along with great views of Croatia's coast.
An air-conditioned vehicle picks you up at your hotel to start the day with a drive that follows the coastal road north from Dubrovnik. The cascading travertine waterfalls greet you as you arrive at the park, and you get some time to relax and experience a true natural gem.
Make your way to some of the most picturesque of the 17 waterfalls that stand along this stretch of river, including the piece de resistance, a beautiful collection of cascading streams separated by leafy trees and platforms of cliffs. There's even time to get in for a swim in the clear river waters while you're there.
Before you move on, get a look at the island of Visovac, home to a Franciscan monastery that dates back to the 15th century. Make your way past the charming villages that fill the lands around Krka National Park as you head back to Dubrovnik for a scenic end to the tour.
